About me

Hi, I’m Arabel—a yoga teacher and writer based in Madrid, Spain.

My journey with yoga began at age seven in Southern California, where I was raised in a community surrounded by wellness and spirituality. Over the years, yoga has been a steady presence in my life—helping me navigate anxiety, reconnect with my body, and find clarity.

In college, I studied journalism, where I discovered the power of storytelling and found my written voice. But as I learned more about the realities of the media industry, I began craving a career rooted in personal connection and healing. That desire led me to yoga teacher training at age 20—and I haven’t looked back.

Since then, I’ve been teaching classes in universities, parks, and studios, both in the U.S. and now in Madrid. My mission is to make yoga more accessible, inclusive, and welcoming for everyone—regardless of experience or background.

This site is a space where I share my journey in wellness, movement, and life abroad. Whether I’m teaching a class or writing a blog post, I hope to offer a bit of peace, purpose, and inspiration along the way.
